Jie Kong, also known as Nancy, is a seasoned professional in cross-border logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Regional Customer Director EMEA for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation. Jie has previously held roles including EU Customer Experience Head at YunExpress Europe and Key Account Manager at Deutsche Post und DHL. Jie co-founded an e-commerce platform and contributed to reverse logistics at HUAWEI ITALY Srl.
