Lee Godderidge

Lee Godderidge is an experienced transport and logistics professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Transport Shift Manager at DHL since April 2021, Lee has previously held managerial roles at Gist and Sainsbury's, overseeing transport schedules and ensuring compliance with legislative procedures. Prior experience includes positions as a Transport Team Leader at Co-operative Retail Logistics, where Lee led and developed teams to exceed KPIs, and as an HGV driver in various logistics roles at companies such as Driver Recruitment Solutions Ltd and Peters Food Service. Early career experiences also include warehouse operations at Tesco and BHS, along with a foundational role in maintenance at TNT, and service as an Infantry Soldier in HM Forces. Education was completed at Atherstone High School.
