Natalie Cox

Natalie Cox is the Head of HR for Sub Saharan Africa at DHL Global Forwarding, where they are responsible for the HR function across 18 countries and serve as a member of the regional senior management team. Previously, Natalie worked as an HR Manager at P&O Nedlloyd Logistics and as a Senior HR Business Partner at Maersk Line, where they oversaw HR services for multiple business units. Natalie studied Human Resource Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and is currently pursuing further education in Organizational Leadership and SMETA Social Auditing at the Gordon Institute of Business Science and IRCA, respectively.
