Phil Pench is currently the VP of Sales for Global Accounts and the West Region at DHL eCommerce, where they manage hundreds of millions in revenues across a global sales force and the Western 15 US states. With nearly $1 billion in proven growth during their career, Phil has previously held various sales management roles at UPS, contributing significantly to revenue generation for the Pacific Region. They have also shared insights as a panelist and keynote speaker on eCommerce trends and industry challenges at several events. Phil studied Business with a minor in Marketing, earning degrees from both Ventura College and the University of Phoenix.
