Thomas Tieber serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Southeast Asia and South Pacific at DHL Global Forwarding, overseeing growth and strategic development across 15 Asian countries. Starting in 2006, Thomas has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer for South Asia, successfully leading the organization’s growth and performance in India, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, significantly increasing revenue from €100 million to €600 million over five years. Additionally, Thomas has been instrumental in establishing DHL Global Forwarding in Myanmar, overseeing acquisitions in the region, and is a member of the Management Board of Asia Pacific. Thomas is an alumnus of both INSEAD and The Wharton School.
