Tobias Schellhaas

Tobias Schellhaas currently serves as Executive Vice President of HR | People Experience, Technology & Data at DHL, overseeing global Talent Acquisition, HR Automation, People Data, and Analytics. Prior to this role, Tobias held various positions at Deutsche Post und DHL, including Vice President of People Technology & Data, where responsibilities included developing HRIT strategies and implementing systems for over 400,000 DHL Group employees. With a background in project management and HR systems, Tobias also worked at Accenture and Merck, focusing on HR solutions and metrics. Tobias holds a diploma in Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt.
