Eirini Kalafatides has a strong background in financial analysis and leadership roles. Eirini began their career as a Financial Analyst at the Hellenic Children's Museum in 1997 and later moved on to similar roles at Kotsovolos Group and New York & Company. In 2004, Eirini became the CFO of Walker Diving Underwater Construction LLC, where they served until 2009. Eirini then transitioned to the role of CEO & Creative Director at DHOME Brands in 2006, a position they continue to hold.
