Disha Chawla

Disha Chawla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and operations across the APAC region, currently serving as Senior Director at DHR Global since March 2014. In this role, Disha manages regional team operations, talent acquisition, and ensures efficiency and profitability within operational teams. Disha also held the position of Associate Partner for BFSI and Fintech in India, specializing in executive search and talent assessment for senior management across various financial sectors. Additionally, Disha is the founder of Uphaar Gift India, which focuses on environmental initiatives. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at EAL Search, where Disha provided leadership and talent advisory services in the financial sector.
