Lisa Walker

Lisa Walker is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a North American Executive Committee member, Managing Partner, and Global Industrial Practice Leader at DHR Global, Lisa leads a practice that operates across three continents. Additionally, Lisa chairs the Cornell University Engineering College Council and holds board positions at RTM Engineering Consultants, UChicago Medicine's Kovler Diabetes Center, and The Woman's Board at the University of Chicago. Previously, Lisa served as Managing Director at Leadership Capital Advisors, where expertise focused on talent management and executive search, and held significant roles at Korn/Ferry International, Heidrick & Struggles, BP-AMOCO PLC, and Bain & Company. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
