Rod Malcolm is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the field of executive search and marketing. Currently serving as the Managing Partner and Global Leader of the Consumer Practice Group at DHR International since January 2010, Rod has previously held significant roles as Managing Director at Boyden and Malcolm, Preston & Huggins Executive Search, as well as Managing Director at Korn Ferry, where Rod focused on the Canadian Consumer and Retail Practices. Earlier career milestones include serving as President of the KFC Division at Scott's Hospitality Ltd. and holding various senior roles at PepsiCo, including Vice President of Marketing for International Cola Brands. Rod's foundational experience began at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager. Rod is well-educated, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Queen's University and having completed the Executive Development Program in Financial Management at Columbia University.
