Courtney Hance has worked in various roles throughout their career. Courtney began their career at Valley Baptist Health System in 2007 as a Performance Solutions Coordinator, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Target as an Executive Team Leader-Human Resource and remained in that position until 2010. Since 2010, Courtney has been with DHR Health, initially as an Employee Engagement Manager and currently as the Director of Employee Engagement.
From 2003 to 2007, Courtney Hance attended Texas A&M University, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business. The field of study is unknown.
