Crisselda Zepeda is a dedicated IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and help desk management. Currently serving as Help Desk Manager at DHR Health since November 2021, Crisselda previously held positions such as Technology Specialist at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health System and Technology Specialist I at Triumph Public High Schools. With a solid foundation in IT, including roles as Service Desk Coordinator, Field Technician, IT Computer Technician, and Help Desk Specialist, Crisselda has consistently demonstrated the ability to resolve technical issues and support users effectively. Crisselda's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from South Texas College and an Associate's degree from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
