Rafael de Leon

Rafael De Leon has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rafael began their career in 1992 as a Business Analyst at Valley Baptist Health System and worked there until 2009. During this time, they played a vital role in analyzing and improving business processes. In 2009, they joined Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, where they held multiple leadership positions. From 2009 onwards, they served as the Director of Billing, overseeing the billing operations. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Director of Decision Support, where they utilized their expertise to provide strategic decision-making insights to the organization.

Rafael De Leon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, General from Walden University in 2012.
