Roberto Haddad's work experience includes serving as the Vice President, Counsel for Government Affairs and Policy at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health System, where they led the health system's governmental, regulatory, and community affairs. Roberto also provided counsel and strategic direction on legal, contract, litigation, financial, and policy issues.
Prior to this, Haddad worked as a Legislative Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives, where they provided legislative analysis, leadership, and counsel on various committees and caucuses.
Roberto also served as the Chief Legal and Company Affairs Officer at Arjuna Solutions, LLC, overseeing legal affairs, contract negotiation, company finances, and HR.
Earlier in their career, Haddad worked as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court, managing the Court's docket and providing legal research and recommendations. Roberto also worked as a Clinical Student at the Harrison Institute, a Tax Advisory Services professional at Ernst & Young, LLP, and a Civil Rights Legal Clerk at the South Texas Civil Rights Project.
Roberto Haddad completed their B.B.A. in Accounting & Business Administration from St. Edward's University in 2004. Roberto then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law Center, which they successfully obtained in 2008. Additionally, they hold a License to Practice Law from the State Bar of Texas and the District of Columbia Bar. Roberto also possesses a Tax Foundation Certificate in Economics from the Tax Foundation.
