Al Alsina has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Regional Director of Operations at Dhruv Management since August 2018. Prior roles include General Manager at Global Hotel Group and Great American Hotel Group, as well as owning Escape to Emv's Dessert and Cup Cake Lounge. Al's background includes key positions at McKibbon Hotel Management, Residence Inn by Marriott, Baymont Inn & Suites, and Marriott Hotels, where duties spanned from hotel management to dining services. Al holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a minor in Culinary from Atlantic Cape Community College.
