Pete Garland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and urban search and rescue operations. Currently serving as a Structures Specialist at PA Task Force 1 - FEMA Urban Search & Rescue since January 2015 and as a Senior Structural Engineer at D'Huy Engineering, Inc. since August 2005, Pete also holds the role of Technical Search Specialist with PA Urban Search & Rescue Company 3 and has been a dedicated Team Member of Lehigh County Special Operations since May 2000. Additionally, Pete has contributed as Deputy Fire Chief at Hanover Township Vol Fire Co since 1987, demonstrating a long-term commitment to public service.
