Kashika Chadha is a seasoned professional in project management and research, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dhwani Rural Information Systems since July 2021, following a role as Project Manager. Prior experiences include positions as a Research Assistant at Anthropie and the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy, as well as research roles at the Social and Political Research Foundation and Nikore Associates. Kashika has also contributed as a Freelance Researcher for the University of Oxford and Outline India, and previously worked as a Project Associate. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy from St. Xavier's College and a BA (Hons) in Liberal Arts and Humanities, with a focus on Economics from O.P. Jindal Global University, complemented by a brief study at Queen Mary University of London in Economics.
