Andreas Silvan

Andreas Silvan is a technical sales manager at Diab, with a strong background in business development and engineering within the composites industry. Previously, Andreas served as business development manager and program manager for tailored stacks at Voith Composites from April 2022 to March 2023 and August 2020 to March 2023, respectively. Andreas also held the position of head of development in Grossbeeren at Voith Composites GmbH & Co. KG, where leadership of a skilled development team focused on automation in CFRP components and assemblies was key. Prior to these roles, Andreas was head of development for advanced materials at Voith Engineering Services and head of engineering at fiber work GmbH, managing process development from prototypes to mass production. Andreas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in industrial engineering from the University of Applied Sciences.
