Currently serving as VP Sales Europe and South America, as well as Global Marine Segment Manager at Diab since February 2016, Javier has previously held leadership roles at TECSIS as Industrial Manager, REpower as Head of Global Blade Manufacturing Operations, and Suzlon Energy Tianjin Ltd as Country Head of Blade Business Unit. Javier boasts a strong educational background, including a BELP programme from the Stockholm School of Economics and an Executive MBA from Escuela Europea de Negocios, complemented by various specialized programs in leadership and sales excellence.
