Celsus Joseph

Celsus Joseph is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and digital transformation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at Diabetes Australia since June 2023, Celsus is responsible for overseeing the delivery of national and state-level programs. Previously, as the Head of PMO at Endeavour Foundation, Celsus led enterprise integration programs. Experience at Civic Disability Services Limited as Chief Information Officer included delivering a digital transformation program and managing PMO and ICT teams. Celsus also held leadership roles at Only About Children, Clinic to Cloud, Foster + Partners, and Wates Group, consistently focusing on driving growth through technology and innovative project management strategies. Celsus holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Information System Design from Kingston University.
