Colin Baillie OAM serves as the National Manager of Philanthropy at Diabetes Australia since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in fundraising and organisational development. Previously, Colin held the position of Head of Development at the Menzies School of Health Research from July 2012 to November 2023 and co-founded the Emergence Network, focusing on not-for-profit fundraising and corporate social responsibility. Colin has also worked as the Principal at Peppermill Consulting, where strategic consulting services were provided to numerous organisations, including major Australian universities and charitable foundations. Notably, Colin served as President of DVA Navion Australia for a decade, overseeing business development and consulting services for leading not-for-profits across Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Colin was a Director at Engineers Without Borders Australia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand.
