Andrew Kadar has a strong work history in the IT field, with experience at reputable organizations such as Diabetes Canada, The Arthritis Society, Job Skills, and HarperCollins. Andrew has progressively advanced from IT Manager roles to Executive Director, demonstrating expertise in technology management, data integration, and cybersecurity compliance.

Andrew Kadar obtained a Diploma of Education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from George Brown College in 1994-1996. Andrew also studied Networking & Teleprocessing at Humber College during the same period. In 2019, they pursued Cybersecurity Foundations at Global Knowledge. In 2023, they focused on Executive Leadership at Schulich School of Business - York University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in ITIL Foundation Level, Self Awareness, Authenticity, Leadership, and other related fields throughout the years.
