Catherine Yepson-Lee

Catherine Yepson-Lee, CHRL, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Employee Engagement at Diabetes Canada since November 2021. Prior to this role, Catherine spent a decade at Children Believe as the People and Culture Manager, where responsibilities included supporting a global workforce across seven countries and providing coaching on employment policies. Earlier experience includes roles at Dye & Durham and The Cartwright Group Ltd as a Human Resources Generalist, Ash City as a Human Resources Advisor, and Future Shop as a Human Resources Coordinator. Catherine began a career in education as an English Teacher in Japan and the Czech Republic before transitioning into HR. Catherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
