Marie Shella Gabriel

Marie Shella Gabriel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and education. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Accounting at the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation since July 2020, Marie is responsible for managing payments and controlling expenses. Previously, as an Accounting Specialist at Best Buddies International, Marie handled the full cycle of accounts payable and managed the company’s American Express program. In addition to accounting roles, Marie has been a Private Tutor since July 2014, instructing students in various mathematics subjects while maintaining detailed records of progress. Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts degree from Miami Dade College.
