Michael Manglardi

Michael Manglardi began their work experience in 2009, first as an Office Support at Martinez Manglardi and then as a Document Management at Dreux Isaac & Associates, Inc. In 2015, they worked as Business Development & Sales intern at O'Dang Hummus, where they were involved in various responsibilities during a period of significant growth. In 2016, they had a Spring Internship as part of the Client Relations Team at Applied Concepts Incorporated, followed by a role as a Technical Recruiter at SkillStorm from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Michael worked as a Manager for Stagger Inn UCF and as Manager at TRAC-GRABBER. From 2018 to 2020, they held a role in Business Operations and Management at RS Florida. Currently, Michael is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations at Diadem Sports, a performance tennis brand offering a full line of tennis products.

Michael Manglardi completed a Credential of Readiness (CORe) program at Harvard Business School Online from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida between 2012 and 2016. In 2009, they graduated from Lake Howell High School. Michael also obtained a certification called HBX CORe: Credential of Readiness from HBX | Harvard Business School in 2017.
