Fabien Lorant is a seasoned finance and operations leader with extensive experience in driving growth and profitability across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Finance and Operations at DIAGAST since July 2022, Fabien has implemented new policies and accounting systems while managing all finance operations. Previously, as EMEA Business Operations & Marketing Director at Carestream, Fabien developed digital marketing strategies, optimized CRM tools, and oversaw sales operations across the EMEA region. Fabien's earlier roles include managing finance operations at both Eastman Kodak and Carestream, demonstrating expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, and sales excellence. Education includes a Master's degree in Marketing & Digital Strategy from HEC Paris and a Master's in Finance from University Panthéon Assas.
