Andrew Patience is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles within the distillery and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Bladnoch Distillery at Forsyths Ltd since March 2016, Andrew has successfully restored a significant Scottish manufacturing site. As a Principal/Lead Project Engineer at Diageo since October 2011, Andrew has honed leadership and project management skills while overseeing various expansion and capital expenditure projects at multiple distilleries. Prior to that, a tenure as a Senior Economist at Highlands and Islands Enterprise provided valuable insights into economic development, while experience at Whyte & Mackay laid the foundation in industrial manufacturing and engineering problem-solving. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and has a solid educational background from Alness Academy.
