Conor Donoghue

Conor Donoghue possesses extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Management Excellence (ManEx) Brewing Lead at Diageo since November 2016, following a tenure as a Brewer. Prior to this role, Conor held positions as Head Brewer at Carlow Brewing Company and Dragonfly Brewery, overseeing all aspects of brewery operations, including recipe development and quality control. Conor’s career began as Head Brewer at Convivial London Pubs, where responsibilities spanned multiple locations and included brewing operations, marketing, and sales. Additionally, Conor has experience as an Environmental Advisor at Campden BRI and holds an MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, in addition to a BSc in Environmental Biology from University College Dublin.
