Katherine McHowat

Katherine McHowat has extensive experience in business transformation and strategy planning, currently serving as the Global Process Model Lead at Diageo since October 2019. In this role, Katherine is responsible for shaping and establishing Diageo's Global Process Model Capability, which enhances global standardization and agility in business operations. Katherine has previously held multiple leadership roles at Tesco from 2010 to 2019, including Head of Portfolio & Business Planning, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-million-pound Operations and Transformation Plan and managing operational governance. Katherine's background also encompasses project management and innovation within the marketing domain, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Katherine holds a BA Hons in Business Management from Newcastle University.
