Preethi Anand

Preethi Anand has extensive experience in Learning and Development across various high-profile organizations. As Vice President of Learning & Performance at Diageo from March 2022 to August 2023, Preethi also served as GBO Capability Transformation Leader. Prior to Diageo, Preethi held the position of Assistant Vice President of Learning and Development at HSBC from August 2017 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Head of Competency Development at Intellect Design Arena Ltd and Head of Learning Designs at Polaris Financial Technology Limited. Preethi began a career in human resources as a Junior Executive at AIG. Educational qualifications include an Executive Management Program from Cornell University and a Master of Social Work in Human Resources from Madras School of Social Work.
