Sam Russell is a seasoned digital and data leader with extensive experience in the advertising and media sectors. Currently serving as the Global Digital & Data Lead for Guinness and Baileys at Diageo since January 2020, Sam previously held the position of Head of Digital at MediaCom Australia from January 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a digital team to execute superior strategies for clients. Prior roles include Group Director and Digital Director at Fairfax Media, and various digital-focused positions at MediaCom, Universal McCann, Carat, and PHD Media Ltd. Sam holds a BA Hons in PR and Advertising from the University of Lincoln, earned between 2004 and 2007.
