Simon Needle

Simon Needle is an experienced packaging and graphics engineer with a diverse background in design and development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Packaging and Graphics Engineer at Diageo, Simon provides packaging R&D and innovation support. As Director of Haystack Design Ltd since 2011, Simon collaborates with entrepreneurs and manufacturers to transform complex concepts into production-ready designs. Previous roles include Packaging Development Manager at Neal's Yard Remedies, Technical Innovation Manager at Hotel Chocolat, and Global Design & Packaging Manager at Pacific Direct. Simon holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design and a Bachelor's degree in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University.
