Zoë Ebdon

Zoë Ebdon has extensive experience in talent acquisition and engagement, having worked in various roles across multiple industries. Most recently, Zoë served as Talent Engagement Lead for Global Supply Functions and previously as Talent Engagement Manager at Diageo from November 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Zoë held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at a stealth startup focused on a new social media platform from January 2022 to November 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Talent Consultant at the LEGO Group from September 2020 to January 2022 and as Talent Partnerships Lead at Weller Media Agency from November 2018 to December 2019. Zoë holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Leeds, where studies took place from January 2005 to January 2008, and attended Queen's College London from January 1998 to January 2005.
