Ron Bar

Ron Bar's work experience starts with their role as a Machine Learning Engineer at Diagnostic Robotics from May 2020 to December 2021. After that, they became the Data Science Manager at the same company from December 2021 onwards.

Prior to their role at Diagnostic Robotics, Ron Bar worked at IDF's Intelligence Corps 9900. Ron started as an Algorithm Engineer in October 2012 and was responsible for developing services and algorithms related to satellite mission planning. Ron implemented an Ant Colony Optimization algorithm in C++ and deployed it on an HPC environment. Ron also developed algorithm APIs and user interfaces using Node. Ron then became the Algorithm Engineer Team Lead from August 2016 to July 2018, and later the Data Engineer Team Lead from July 2018 to May 2020.

Before IDF, Ron Bar worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University from October 2011 to September 2012.

Ron Bar pursued their education starting from 2008 to 2012. During this period, they attended Psagot where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics. In addition, they simultaneously studied at Tel Aviv University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics.
