Richard Pauls is an experienced Application Manager at Diagnostic Services of Manitoba since November 2012. Previously, Richard served as Sr. Service Delivery Manager for eServices and Legacy Systems at the Canadian Wheat Board from 2007 to 2012, where responsibilities included leading a team in transitioning a significant web portal and managing vendor relationships for legacy application support. Richard also worked as a Service Delivery Analyst and holds a Diploma in Computer Programming/Analyst from RRC Polytech and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Winnipeg.
