Shelley Mitchell

Shelley Mitchell has extensive experience in the healthcare informatics field, currently serving as a RIS PACS Analyst at Shared Health Manitoba since April 2019. In addition, Shelley has been employed as a RIS PACS Analyst at Diagnostic Services of Manitoba since May 2012. Prior to these roles, Shelley worked as an Informatics Facilitator for the Brandon (Western Manitoba) RHA from 1986 to 2012, contributing significantly to the development and implementation of clinical information systems.
