Rafael Sampaio da Motta

Mr. Rafael Sampaio da Motta was elected on September 30, 2022 to occupy the position of Chief Commercial Officer.

Since November 2021 he has held the position of Managing Director and Head of Dasa Empresas, one of the verticals of the Company’s Ecosystem.

Between 2018 and 2022 and between 2005 and 2022 he served, respectively, as founding partner of Itech Care and as CEO of Grupo Case Benefícios de Seguros, companies acquired and belonging to the Company’s Ecosystem.

Mr. Rafael Sampaio da Motta holds a degree in Business Administration from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, an OPM in Management, Business and Marketing from Harvard Business School and a post-graduate degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
