Ans van Laarhoven

Ans van Laarhoven has extensive experience in application and functional management across various sectors. Since March 2019, Ans has been working as an Applicatiebeheerder at Diagnostiek voor U. Prior to this role, from October 2013 to March 2019, Ans served as a Functioneel Beheerder HRM-Payroll and a Functioneel Beheerder AFAS-Profit at ZuidZorg, focusing on the integration of self-organizing teams into the HRM system and supporting the transition to AFAS-Profit for financial operations. Between May 2001 and October 2013, Ans worked at Hypotheek Visie as a Functioneel Beheerder, managing the Elements insurance system.
