Citlalli Rico, MD, currently serves as the Head of Clinical Operations at Diagnostikare, where responsibilities include overseeing health service delivery and implementing innovative healthcare strategies to enhance patient experience. Previous roles include Medical Manager at AXA Keralty, where Citlalli managed healthcare professionals and designed medical KPIs, and Strategic Network and Partnerships Coordinator at SISNova, focusing on establishing partnerships within the medical network. Additional experience includes coordinating healthcare areas for the Secretaría de Salud in Mexico City, serving as Medical Coordinator for the Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, and acting as an Adjunct Professor at UNAM.
