Seung Park

Dr. Seung Park is the former Chief Information Officer at Children’s Wisconsin, with oversight over all information systems deployed by this healthcare organization. Previously he was the Chief Health Information Officer at IU Health. In this role he had ownership of systemwide EMR clinical governance and design, with responsibility for long term strategic planning and execution. He spearheaded a total and radical reversion from a highly customized, worst-in-class performing EMR to a streamlined Cerner Model Standard compliant build, with double-digit percentage increases in speed, stability, and end user satisfaction. The EMR infrastructure was able to scale to meet the unprecedented demands of the COVID-19 pandemic.
