Sydney Otieno

Born in White Plains, New York, raised in Nairobi, Kenya, educated in South Africa, Hong Kong, Atlanta, Miami & Rome (Georgia, not Italy), and worked in Seattle & now New York, Sydney is no stranger to change. She prides herself on her ability to seamlessly adapt to new situations, which goes hand in hand with the variety of projects she develops, designs, and animates at Diagonal Media. Her past work experience includes design internships at CNN and Wunderman.

Since graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation, Sydney has settled in Brooklyn and enjoys reading, travelling, and playing Overwatch in her free time.
