Emily Tiessen

Emily Tiessen is currently working as an Associate at Diagram Ventures where Emily focuses on creating venture-backed start-ups in the ClimateTech industry. Prior to this, Emily worked at Clearco as an Analyst and Idea Lead, assisting in building and scaling the Agency Partner Program. Emily also completed a Fellowship at Ripple Ventures where Emily learned about startup building and venture capital. To add to their experience, Emily worked as a Sales Development Representative at Jetdocs, and in Marketing and Partnerships at Brust Beverage Company. Additionally, Emily served as the Operations Director at The Positivity Project, a social mission start-up Emily built with a team of students at Queen's University. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
