Adam Katz

Adam Katz has over two decades of experience in field service management, primarily with Diagraph, an ITW Company, where roles have included Field Service Supervisor, Senior Field Service Engineer, and Regional Service Manager since August 1999. Responsibilities involve directing remote technicians on repair, preventative maintenance, and equipment installation, alongside implementing company policies and managing resources. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Field Engineer at Intergraph from May 1984 to August 1989, providing support for computer and network hardware/software. Adam Katz holds an AAS in Missile & Munitions Technology from Calhoun Community College, earned between 1985 and 1986.
