Ahd Qasem

Ahd Qasem is a Security Specialist who currently works at IBTCI since October 2021. Ahd is responsible for maintaining awareness of the security situation, conducting research for security reporting, monitoring ongoing activities for field staff, liaising with external security providers, and developing a network of security contacts among different organizations. Ahd also assists in collecting and updating security information for the YMELP project at Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe. Prior to this role, Ahd held various security-related positions at companies such as Mercy Corps, Saba Desert for Oil service, Elsweedy Cables Factory, and HAWK International Finance & Construction Co Ltd. Ahd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education & Arts from the University of Aden.
