Bo Bacinett

Born and raised in Blossom Valley, California, Bo, now resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Bo is a big believer in teamwork, sharing skills, training, teaching new skills, promoting from within and having fun at work. Bo is responsible for managing 25 Diakonos facilities maintenance operations and housekeeping. He spends his days traveling all over Oklahoma to ensure the buildings are properly maintained. Bo came to us with over 30 years of Electrical, General Construction and Facility Management experience. Prior to joining Diakonos Group, Bo was the facilities supervisor at River Spirit Casino Resort, where he was responsible for overseeing all three shifts of anywhere between 80-100 staff members in maintenance. Bo started his career building Quick Trips across Oklahoma and in 2002 he took a job with Girl Scouts and where he was a Facilities Director.
