Martin Bornesjö has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Martin began their career as a Network Operator at Tele2 in 2006 and later became a Customer Service TDC Mobile, where they played a key role in building and managing a local support and delivery team. Martin then moved to a role as a Team Leader & Outsourcing responsible Service Desk Mobile, where they built and trained a team to handle technical mobile network support and oversaw an outsourcing partner for first-line customer support. In their next role as a Team Leader Service Desk Voice, Martin merged and managed the mobile support and fix net/voIP teams to create the Service Desk Voice group, responsible for technical customer support tickets. Martin then became a Manager Customer Service & Contract Management & Small Orders Admin, focusing on improving team operations and finding new opportunities for business improvement. Following this, Martin held a role as a System Engineer at Tele2 before moving on to Loomis Sverige AB as the Director of Administration, overseeing administrative functions and managing budgets, staffing, and strategic initiatives. In this role, they were also a project leader for implementing a new ERP system company-wide. Most recently, Martin joined Diakrit International as a Systems & Project Leader, where they implemented a unified communication platform and introduced dashboards and KPI structures to improve team performance and business results. Martin then became the Acting Head of Customer Relations before transitioning to the role of Customer Solutions Manager, where they focused on building team spirit and fostering a culture of collaboration to improve customer satisfaction. Overall, Martin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout their career.
Martin Bornesjö attended Nacka Gymnasium from 1999 to 2002, where they studied computer networks. Martin then pursued a Diploma in Engineering specializing in Computer Networks Systems at Nackademin from 2003 to 2005.
