Dieter Polle

Dieter Polle has a diverse work experience in the field of lighting. Dieter started their career as a lighting designer at Spectral in 1991. In 1992, they joined DIAL GmbH as a photometrical engineer, and later became the head of the lighting department. In 1999, they were promoted to the position of managing director at DIAL GmbH. In 2015, they joined DIAL America Inc. as the Chairman.
