Chris Clark

Chris Clark is the Founder & Managing Partner of InHarmony Consulting Group since October 2022. In May 2023, they became the Interim SVP of Business Development at DIAL Global, a global community for Diverse Inclusive Aspirational Leaders. Prior to that, they served as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and Learning & Development at Soho House & Co from March 2021 to September 2022. Chris also held various roles at Google, including Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager, Global Leader of Black Employee Resource Group (BGN), and various Brand Partnerships and Sales Management roles. Chris has experience as a Guest Lecturer at Hampton University and the University of Michigan, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Alpha Kappa Psi. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Student Manager for Vanderbilt University Men's Basketball and held a role as Live Programming and Rights Acquisitions Manager at ESPN. Chris was also a National Sales and Brand Manager at IMG.
