Shahid Bashir

Shahid Bashir is a Culture & Inclusion Specialist and Business Psychologist dedicated to building people-centered and purpose-led organizations. With an MSc in Business Psychology, Shahid has held prominent roles including Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry and Head of Culture & Inclusion at M&C Saatchi Group, where they designed global DEI strategies and leadership programs. Currently serving as Head of Culture and DE&I at EQUANS and Director at Inclusion Lens, Shahid continues to champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across various sectors. Exhibiting a unique blend of creativity, Shahid is also a photographic artist, recognized for their work in the Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize.
