Colin Rowlinson

Colin Rowlinson joined Dial Partners LLP as a Managing Director in 2015 and became Group Managing Director and a Partner in May 2016.

Colin has over 30 years' experience in private equity, real estate investment, corporate and principal finance, investment banking, taxation advisory and business operations.

Colin worked with Guy Hands and the Principal Finance Group at Nomura International plc and then Terra Firma Capital Partners Limited. During his 6 years there he performed a number of deal execution and fund-raising roles. He was also Head of Structuring and a director on the parent company boards of the investment portfolio operating businesses.

Colin was the Chief Operating Officer at AIM Group plc, responsible for all European real estate investment business. He has also been a Transaction Director at GI Partners LLC, responsible for their European private equity investments in the leisure sector.

Colin has also been a company director of a UK listed leisure plc and led the management buy-out of Yates Group plc, another UK listed plc.

Colin is a Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified with Arthur Andersen. During his 10 years there he specialised in corporate taxation and was part of the Securitisation Advisory Team.
